A nice thank you from SERV

SERV - Service by Emergency Response Volunteers - posted a very nice thank you in a recent newsletter.

Thank you so much to Chiltern Cold Storage Group Ltd
“Huge thanks to one of our members Paul Jackson and his company Chiltern Cold Storage Group, Peterborough who not only provides secure parking for our Mercedes Events Van and Display Trailer, they recently went above and beyond when the van developed three major faults within a week.
The Mercedes Vito Van needed a new turbo, a new window winder motor and repairs to some body work which had caused water to leak into electrical connections. To top it all the exhaust fell off and was replaced at very short notice by M&N Vehicles.
All of this was very generously taken care of by Chiltern Cold Storage.

Next the SERVSC Astra Estate suffered an MOT failure with front suspension springs broken and a tyre with cracked walls.
Chiltern Cold Storage and M&N Vehicles stepped in to rectify the situation once again.

Paul has also recently provided us with some ambient storage space for equipment when it is not being used. His support in organising and funding all this has greatly reduced the impact that these repairs would have had on the charity funding.
So, Paul and everyone involved at Chiltern Cold Storage Group, Pasky and all those involved at M&N Vehicles, thank you so much for your continued and valued support.”
