Yes, Chiltern has invested greatly in route planning software able to identify the most fuel efficient routes in the UK and mainland Europe in an effort to reduce CO² emissions.

Yes, all vehicles are fitted with modern temperature data logger equipment and all drivers are trained in their use. If the goods have been held at our cold store facility overnight or for a longer period we are also able to provide temperature logs for this period as well.

Yes, we are able to handle short notice emergency loads at any time of the day or night, as our drivers are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Response times are kept to a minimum as our courier drivers take their vehicles home with them at the end of the day. This removes the requirement for the drivers to report to Peterborough before hand and they can be on the road within 20 minutes.
